We were Canadian residents looking to purchase a home in Riverside county and we were very lucky to have had JJ & Lovina help us through the process. One thing that stands out about them is how personal their guidance is. They’re empathetic and tuned in to you. We never felt pressured and genuinely felt they wanted what was best for us. They made sure we knew everything that was involved in buying a house in California. We had to go back to Canada after putting an offer on our house and they have been going over & above with helping us since our offer got accepted. This amazing couple/team have not only gained my hubby and I as clients but friends/familia for life! I have never met more humble, CARING, patient, and generous people. From the start they are always honest and up front! The last time we bought a home was over 11 yrs ago my Dad was there to guide us and make it easy for us. So now he isn't here RIP Dad 7/30/2012, I was so scared to go through the process alone just hubby and I. My parents helped us with realtor, broker, etc basically all we did was sign. Lovina & JJ were amazing they made us feel so comfortable and secure with our decision to make this happen, which made it so easy to decide on a home.
